Original Comment What a nightmare! Have not been able to log into my account for over 2 weeks now. Called Web Support 8 times and nothing seems to get done? What a joke! This company should be ashamed of themselves!!! Here is the error code I have been getting: 9999: We are sorry, we are unable to complete your transaction at this time. Please try again later. <br /> Now, what's really funny is my dear husband can log into his account so it is not a problem with our system or desktop computer. I guess we will have to get our scripts at Kroger Pharmacy where they treat you like a good customer and friend. I'm so sorry Express Scripts bought out Medco...another giant company who cares more about profits than helping people. I wish Tim Wentworth could read this as he is the new President of Express Scripts. Perhaps I shall send him a letter.
