Original Comment The Stow Ohio Location of Famous Footwear is terrible! Repeatedly, the employees have poor customer relations. They are not helpful at all; even after you take the time to chase them down. They are rude an act as if your suppose to be grateful they are there; maybe I would be if they did their job. The store never has the sizes my family needs and they expect you should be more than happy ordering them on-line. The return policies are a joke and inconvenience. HATE THIS PLACE!
