My name is Jessica and I have made the biggest mistake ever. I switch from one previous wireless company to H2o and I gave them my phone number and pin number which was the information it was need it to transfer my number, I called on April 18,2014 and gave all my information to have my number transfer. They told it takes from 24 to 48 hours to be transfer. I have called more than six (6)times every time I call I with a different costumer services and they all have told me to wait 24 to 48 hours that they still working on it. Mine you today is April 30th,2014. Every time I ask to speak to a supervisor they put me on hold for a long long time and after a answered machine comes out. My phone still not working I can't received phone calls, I can't received any text. And I paid for this services that doesn't work. I haven't received any phone calls from no one yet returning my calls. What I'm going to is contact my local news channel 12, channel 10 and give them my complain about H2o wireless so they can put it on the air. And hopefully no one else waist there money on this company. The worse company ever.
