On 6/1/2014 I tried to purchase a 55$ card and the people at the store told me page plus had "made changes" so he sold me a 50$ card. I called to speak with someone and I kept me directed tot the same woman and she was very rude and made comments like "the money's gone" and "theres nothing she can do since the money is spent" I asked to speak with her supervisor and she refused to let me speak with anyone saying that "no one was available and that she would take my number and if they called back-they called back if not-then they dont." I HAVE LOST A LOT OF MONEY WITH PAGE PLUS. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED AND IT'S 200$ OF LOST MONEY. I BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES. THEY ARE NOT UNDERSTANDING AND RUDE TO THE FULLEST. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS AND THEY SEEM TO NOT CARE ABOUT MY SERVICE WITH THEM. I PLAN TO MOVE TO A DIFFERENT PHONE SERVICE PROVIDE TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
