Original Comment We rented CAR IN FLORIDA FLL<br /> The personal was slow and rude<br /> on the the day of rental.<br /> On the return of rental<br /> They tried to over charge us<br /> which took extra time so we had to rush to our flight.<br /> and 6 weeks later<br /> we got a bill for a toll violation<br /> We never went to Miami.<br /> I called the toll violation center gave the License plate<br /> number. I was told there was toll violation issued that plate. This was the worst experience at a rental car co.<br /> I feel as i am being taken advantage of by your company.<br /> I would appreciate some answer in this matter<br /> i HAVE SPENT TIME IN SPEAKING TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT NUMBERS WHICH I WAS GIVEN.NOW I MUST CALL MY CREDIT CO, TO STOP THESE EXTRA CHARGES.
