Seven years ago I purchased my second set of Maytag appliances....a washer and dryer. I have two laundry rooms and I use them mainly to wash sheets and towels for my guest rooms. Guests sometimes use them, too. For most of those years, I had someone who did the laundry. I now do it and the dryer (a Legacy Series supersize capacity) rolls everything into a ball no matter what you do. So, you have to constantly be pulling the things out of the dryer and fluffing them. I contacted Maytag and were told that why didn't I try just doing towels by themselves and sheets by themselves. I can't even imagine why anyone would want an appliance like this one. I have another Maytag dryer and it works perfectly fine. However, I will never purchase another Maytag appliance for fear of getting another badly designed one. Maytag's cavalier attitude when I contacted them was sorry, too bad, and I think they didn't want me to go away mad but wanted me to go away. I no longer purchase Kitchenaid because I don't think Whirlpool is customer friendly and I had a bad experience with the purchase of a built-in refrigerator. Companies that sell badly designed appliances and in the case of my dryer and refrigerator I will avoid no matter how wowsy, dowsy their advertisements,
