I entered the location on 57-11 myrtle ave, ridgewood NY 11385 and faced an assistant manager by the name of Eileen (who did not want to give me a last name) thT was very unprofessional. As a previous employee knowing policy and procedure on customer service felt discriminated and very offended in how she dealt with the situation. I will be filing a complaint against her for her unprofessionalism in detail of the exact situation that occurred on august the third at 6:21 pm. I thank you for this comment box so that this would not happen to any human being. I will never enter that location again. I am t this moment a very unhappy customer. Thank you.
