Original Comment my wife and I went to the Saugus Ma. office to renew our registration for our car. the office was full and when you come in there was a desk at the door,as the woman employee was talking to someone so we went to the line and they directed us to go to that desk and put in our name and wait, there was a sheet with names and as we stood there for some time it was evident that she was talking to a friend and would not acknowledge us, so we asked if this was the sheet to put our names on and she snapped at us saying no one told you that and take a number and sit down!, we were appalled and the other folks sitting there said she also was Rude to all eight of them, they said they were there for the same as us and were waiting for more than an hour. we left and she was sitting there laughing with the other person. I did not see a name, she was in her 50s and somewhat over weight. we questioned ourselves why we are members in the parking lot. We wonder if this is the norm every day
