Original Comment Hello my name is James Jones member number I have been getting the run around for the total of 3 months on trying to downgrade and now just to cancel all together I been a member over a year do to my work schedule I haven't been able to make it in I try to downgrade and was informed by doing so I will only be able to work out at my home club. My home club was not near my new home so I had to transfer after being informed by management. After transferring I was then told I had to pay 39.99 to down grade I was very upset so I asked to be cancel I was then told I had to pay 54.99 and 39.99 I feel inconvenienced and trapped after being a member over a year I feel my needs should have been better taken care $30 dollars for May 60 dollars for June ,$20 dollars for July
