Original Comment This is my first year my company has used Cigna. I'm so fustrated in working with you. I DO NOT want to give someone over the phone my HSA card number, I do NOT want to enter it in your system when I place an order. I want to pay when I know I owe it. I had an incident where I called in used my HSA card # to pay for a prescription that had been shipped to me,telling them I was only authorizing that shipment sure enough the next prescriptions my doctor sent in they USED MY HSA CARD without my permission. One of the prescriptions I didn't want they had already told me it was denied by my insurance company. How can you be so big and have such a crappy website? You don't even show all my prescriptions you have sent me this year when I look at refills. If Cigna does blood tests for me I can pay online why can't I do it for prescriptions home delivery????? Very fustrating to deal with.
