Att: Time Warner Customer Service

I live in Poughkeepsie, New York and have been a customer of Time Warner Cable for over 10 years. There have been small glitches to deal with which I've always been able to handle with a phone call to the local office. However.......my latest problems seem to be more than can be handled locally. Here are
my problems:

1: I received, via land mail, a pamphlet listing the Time Warner Cable Channel Lineup for the Hudson Valley. In going thru those channels via the Guide I discovered that many of the channels, newly sorted, were JUST a repeat of the original channels in the 1 thru 100 listing. What kind of nonsense is this? What idiot determined how to classify the various programs and shows that are to be shown on which
channels. Why all the repeats? Is this to make your customers thing there are more programs than there actually are?

2: Why does the Guide disappear so frequently. My television is my constant companion, therefore I need to have the Guide available 24/7. Not only is the Guide not always available, it's disappearance is not always at the same time. Is such bad and stupid service part of Time Warner's new way to make friends and influence people?

As a paying customer I resent being given such consistently bad service. I hope my letter wakes someone up in your corporate offices, possibly the CEO (yeah sure) so that the service to which I have become accustomed is returned.
