Original Comment Days Inn lakeside Mackinac City. Reserved a room for my family and was told that there was 3 day advance cancellation policy. When I went to cancel 3 days in advance I was told that I needed to cancel by noon. Since it was 5pm I was outside the cancellation policy. I called customer no care and was told there was nothing they could do! They basically are stealing my money from me!
