Original Comment I booked a room in the Tavanier Days Inn ( Keys, Florida) for Saturday and Sunday this Labor Day weekend when I arrived I was told they had no room for me because my reservation was for Friday and since I did not show the gave my room away and charged me! The mistake was on their side because I was very clear on the days I was staying. To make matters worse the clerk a lady by the name of Sherri, I was told, was super rude, she screamed at me and even told me to f$&@ off and leave the premises . I was nothing but polite. It is truly sad that someone like that was put to work at one of your hotels. I plan on speaking to a manager this week.... I was truely insulted....she ruined my day....my vacation weekend.... I work hard ... I am a teacher and all I wanted was to relax with my family!
