I have spoken to three different supervisors in ONE WEEK. So far, I've been through two boxes and two visits to my local time warner office, waiting hours in line for a representative. After the two boxes that did not work, they set up a time for a technician to come to my house. Today, he was supposed to be here between five and six, and never showed! I called to complain and they told me "the technician could unfortunately not make it to your house". I lost it at this point. I don't even know if multiple months of free service can keep me as a customer at this point. Worst customer service experience I have ever had, hands down. Bring Fios to more areas!!!
