Original Comment I am filing an complaint against the BMW of Germantown in 402 Germantown Parkway. I spoken to Jimmy Concklin(repair person) and his manager Brian Blalock. They were not trying to reconcile my issue. I have received poor customer service and I am still without my vehicle. At the beginning they did not order all of my parts for my vehicle. When I went to talk to someone about the issue. I was waiting for over 4 hours before I spoken to Jimmy or Brian and I am still waiting for my vehicle. This is my second vehicle that I have purchase from BMW and can't believe how I was treated and how terrible was the customer service.
