Original Comment We will never buy a Kenmore product or walk into a Sears appliance department again after being a loyal customer. We purchased a stainless steel refrigerator three years ago and the finish on the doors has "pitted" and is rusted all over. We have tried to have them buy us new doors as even the repair man said it was due to defective processing in the making of the refrigerator, but Sears and Kenmore say "sorry, it is cosmetic and we don't cover that."
