Original Comment We have stayed at many days inn hotel's and have never had any issues until now. Days inn at graceland is the worst. We were first ignored when we were trying to check in, then again when checking out. The staff is rude. Our room had a broken hairdryer which no staff could find a replacement for. The Kleenex box was empty in the room. No coffee pot to make the coffee which was in the room on the counter. A dirty washcloth hanging from the shower curtain rod (not ours). <br /> To top it off they charged my credit card twice and I had to get the authorization information for them then when I called back to get it fixed, I was first told my credit card company was telling me a story. Then when I called to talk to the billing person was told it should come off after they send in their final for the correct charge. I am considering notifing both the bbb and the tennesse state attorney generals office for the unethical/illegal business practices on your billing. There seems to be a problem with doing 2 charges, 2 hours appart to hold a room. The billing person says days inn is allowed to double charge you and hold my money for 5 days after I check out. Do not go to days inn at graceland they are rude and don't mind taking your money on behafe of the days inn corporation.
