09/17/14

Dear Gentle People (so I Thought)at Aarp. Having Lost My Last And Only Son When He Was 46 Years Old, And My Wife And I Having To Struggle With His Departure And Our Own Health Problems I Still Responded To Aarp Solicitation Of Our Membership Dues. Not When The Request To Update My Membership Dues, But Like Everything Else As Of Late Our Aarp Membership Dues Were The Last Thing In Our Mine.

However, when The "light Bulb" Lid-up In My Mine Regarding My Membership Dues I Sent Them. Yet, I Continue To Receive Notices Fromm Aarp Long Beach, California Office Regarding Our Membership Dues. Over And Over Again I Continue To Recieve Notices. When Are The Going To Stop.

In Response I Even Sent Them A Copy Of My Bank Statement Reflecting Payment Made And Paid. Yet, They Continue To Send Me Reminder Statements Over And Over Again.

I Never Thought That Aarp Was Just Another Collection Agency, Never.

I Am Therefore Respectfully Requesting That Your Offices Intervene And Have Your Long Beach California Offices Stop Sending Me Notices. They Are Very Annoying, And With My Present Problems, And A Victim Of Dysfunctional Heart Failure, I Truly Don't Believe That My Request Is In Appropriate. Please, please, Please Help.

Respectfully

Frank Aviles, Ma
9485 True Ave.
Downey, Ca. 90240

Retired Law Enforcement Officer/agent From Two Different Law Enforcement Agencies
Two Tour U.s.
