Original Comment Our stay at the Days inn in Hayword was a nightmare. I have never been so insulted in my life. The lady at the front desk proceeded to tell us our reservation got canceled,no one informed us of this ahead of time. Then she proceeds to tell me that I was making her job difficult. She told us to call customer service. The customer service rep was of no use to me all the hotels were booked. Then to top it all off she tells me I should sleep in car with my 7 and 11 year old. I have used Days Inn religiously for the last 12 years for business and personal travel. I will never use them again especially since they wanted me to sleep in my car. I was applaud.
