I have had the worst experience withis this company, I had a refund put back on to my card on September the 3rd. I have jumped through hoops to get my money refunded. I spoke to a gentleman named Neil, N. I was told that I needed something from AT&T to get my refund back AT&T faxed a screen shot where it says the amount of $207.87 was canceled so I call to see if the fuds have been released the guys said we wont except that. So I sent it again he said no. It behooves me why a person in another country is telling about my money and has control of it. I. Being charged late fees, and on top of that every time I call the number for them to tell me no, I'm getting charged for that as well. This has set me back so far im never going to catch from late fees. As soon as I file with the BBB I will be looking for a company that uses American customer service. If I had known this was a company out of country, I would have never got this card. I have tried to call corporate office and I get a recording. Your reps refuse to give me a number. I consider this poor business on your part. Who ever owns this company should be ashamed to take jobs from Americans and give to another country , but want us to use your card. I promis this I will be aski g people not to use your card this has become a pet peeve for sure. I'm writing my senitor and the governor. you will hear about this again. Shame on you greedy people. I dont want to hear back from you in a email.
