Original Comment These people suck to put it mildly. I have spent hours of my life every month, sometimes 2&3 times a month on the phone with these uninformed idiots. I have been lied to over and over again. I went with them to save money. I'm to the point where I'd rather pay a little more money than deal with their lies and bullcrap. Their so called reps are a joke. Try asking the same question of three different reps, I'll bet you my life you get three different answers. Also watch your credit card bills carefully, I got charged twice. Called my credit card service and am disputing it. There are way too many phone companies out there offering cheap plans, for these idiots to treat people this way. Found out a few minutes ago, after another lovely hour and a half conversation.....I wanna kill myself or them that image this I'm calling a different country. Apparently the requirements for working at this company is that you have to be a lying liar, telling many lies out of your lying liar hole (mouth). I for one am checking into different phone companies like AT&T and Verizon to see what they offer. Most of these companies are starting to offer these no contract deals. I'm even to the point where I'm willing to pay more, just so I don't have to deal with the bullcrap of these morons at Net 10. Everyone else who has had these same kind of problems need to take their business elsewhere & let Net 10 go screw themselves. If I performed my job like these idiot, uninformed reps they hire, I wouldn't have a job.....I'd be FIRED!
