Original Comment On Saturday, I received a call on my cell phone from a male associate of LensCrafters @ 12:21 PM to inform me that my glasses were in. I asked if they were open tomorrow (Sunday) and he said yes. I asked for the store hours for tomorrow and he said 10:00 to 6:00. I said I would be in tomorrow morning. I arrived at LensCrafters on Sunday @ 10:30 AM, the mall was open but LensCrafters was not (both doors locked). I saw people inside ignoring me so I used my cell phone and called the store. The store hours over the phone also said Sundays 10:00 to 6:00. When the snotty and rude female finally answered the phone, she said they don't open until 11:00. After having to wait until the store finally opened, the male associate who retrieved my new glasses (after I had to tell him 3 times my last name) didn't even bother to put the glasses in a bag. I told the male associate that this was the last pair of glasses I will EVER buy at LensCrafters. After requesting the CEO's name and address, the snotty and rude female associate advised me that Eric Johnson was the CEO of LensCrafters (I will have to confirm this tomorrow when I contact LensCrafters Corporate Office @ 4000 Luxottica Place, Mason, Ohio 45040; Phone: 513-765-6000 and Fax: 513-765-6249). Then the hard of hearing (sarcastic) male associate who retrieved my glasses said Corporate was based in Cincinnati (which I found out online is NOT correct). I don't appreciate being blatantly lied to by the male associate who contacted me on Saturday and I don't appreciate hearing the store hours over the phone yet the store not abiding by its own published store hours. LensCrafters IS NO LONGER AN OPTION FOR ME, THEY NO LONGER EXISTS FOR ME AND THE SAME GOES FOR THE EYE DOCTORS NEXT DOOR!!!
