I had the worse experience in a hotel. Day inn hotel in columbus ohio near the airport. The "owner" of the hotel was so rude and very unprofessional. I stayed there with me and my son. While at the pool my son made a knew friend which was four rooms away. Me and my son stopped by the friends room. No more than 2min in the room, a knock on the door from the "owner" and security guard. His first words was " y'all got to get the BLEEP out" in front of my son and about five little kids. I explain. "This isn't my room" I took my son and left. In the mean time I could here the owner and the gentlemen arguing about how he has two rooms 4 in one 5 in another. The "owner" didn't want to here his explaination and the " owner" still communicated by using profanity in front of these kids. I felt bad for this man. If this oriental guy is truly the owner of Days Inn in columbus ohio by the airport. I dnt see how he stays in business. I felt like leaving and getting a refund. Especially when my son ask why tht man was so mean. I feel the public and corporate office should know how business is being run at the Days Inn in columbus ohio airport.
