Original Comment Days Inn in Salisbury, NC is nothing short of horrible! I made a reservation a month in advance, was given a confirmation number and then when I called to confirm the reservation a day before our stay I was told that it didn't exist and they had no record of my upcoming stay. Now I have a charge for a night's stay on my credit card for the reservation they supposedly had no record of. I have sent over a very detailed written fax to the manager of the hotel asking for a refund immediately. I cannot get a call back and when I call the hotel, I'm told the manager didn't come in and they "see him when they see him". Angry and frustrated do not even begin to explain how I'm feeling. I will NEVER recommend Days Inn to anyone and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charge with my bank since I cannot get any help from the hotel itself.
