Original Comment Well, I bought a $39.99 pair of Sol ear buds for my son. Also a warranty. They said yeah if anything happens you just bring them back and get a new pair EVEN IF THEY ARE IN PIECES your covered. They broke after about 4 weeks went to return them, the lady wasnt sure how to do it but after about 1\2 hour...no problem they say. I'm like wow walked out with my new pair and receipt, had to pay again for a warranty, oookkk. Second pair breaks after 5 weeks one side stopped working. Brought them back and requested a new pair again, I paid for the warranty, remember. So, she says we aren't sure why you only paid $18.99 for a $40 pair of ear buds, I said i didnt. She says, well your receipt says you only paid 18.99 and thats what the computer says also. I insisted I paid full price. So she says well "this time we will swap then out but next when they break you have to pay the difference WHATTTT!!!! IM FURIOUS. Miss BreAnna Reese is crazy, I start telling her last time I was in the lady didn't know what she was doing and I guess I didn't pay attention to it. I tell her she needs to look into it. She says well the computer can't just put in its own numbers. Apparently, when I returned them the first time she gave my receipt back stating I only paid 18.99 instead of 40.00 like the first receipt. Now I'm pissed and contacting everybody until they figure out why it says that. She says its your right if you wish to contact headquarters. I say well isn't the manager in the back. She says YES, BUT SHES NOT CLOCKED IN!!!!! REALLY, RADIO SHACK at 1238 28TH STREET IN WYOMING, MICHIGAN. ESPECIALLY YOU MISS BreAnna Reese.
