Original Comment We have had a horrible experience with the perth amboy nj center. We took my sons car there for soem body work and a new paint job as a graduation gift. We dropped the car off the car was to be painted black as I confirmed this via phone with Chris the morning my son dropped the car off. We picked up the car and it was silver the original color and not black. We just took the car back on this past Monday to have it painted free of charge as they promised for their error. They told my son on Monday that they would call him... they never called... we called tuesday they told us they would call us back with with an estimated finish day, called again on Wednesday, they said it was being prepped to be painted and would call me back. No one called me back. My son went there on Thursday the latest possible day they told him the car would be ready. The car hasn't even been touched. My son was very upset and approached the guy Chris who basically was ignoring my son. My son got heated as anyone would at this point. Some words were exchanged, my son said they were acting very unprofessional and another guy approached him and began yelling and cursing at my son and proceeded to say he would smach my son in the face. My sister then got out of her car to defuse the situation and made my son take his car and leave. I want my money back for the paint job that they did not complete.
