Original Comment I am very unhappy with this company... all the way around. I waited for 5 months for a Cricket Visa rebate. The rep. Who sold me the cell phone to begin with gave me a receipt that was cut off. I informed the rep. That I thought maybe for rebate sake sake, I should have a receipt that showed ALL of the information. She Assured me it would be fine .. I received a post card stating that my rebate was declined because of pricing issues. So I called the rebate ctr. And they told me it was declined because the receipt did not show the full price of the phone, so they told me to go back to where I got it and get another receipt printed up and reissue ALL of that info. AGAIN. It was rediculous! My husband has been with Cricket for many years... After all of this, we found out there is no more hotspot, where you can turn your PC on via the cell phone? Had we known this, we would have never bought a phone or service through Cricket again! The Reps say it is all because Of the merge with AT &T.. and that the benefits of the merge outweigh the few things that were discontinued...or that the comp. Is still deciding on. I THOUGHT AT&T was the #1 Phone service OF ALL TIMES!? It was too late to return the phone. I am now stuck with your company, recently I found out that cricket no longer honors bridge payments!!? There is ANOTHER LONG STORY ABOUT THAT AS WELL, But I am tired of typing on this small keyboard and I do not know if anyone else but disgruntled customers will even bother reading this. WHAT EXACTLY ARE THE BENEFITS TO YOUR..MERGE? THEY DO NOT PERTAIN TO US, We just barely scrape by monthly, so $50.00 for 1 phone that will not even give us PC access Is a lot! You also did away with your low income discount assistance. Does it get ANY better? You all need to get your act together!
