Original Comment I am contacting Jenn-Air about an obvious problem with my Jenn-Air slide in down draft range. The when closed does not turn out the light. I have to push the door shut. This has been true since I bought this range less than 2 years ago. I called customer service and they told me that I would have to pay a service tech to fix the problem. This was your mistake not mine, and you should fix it. I looked on the web and found that this is a cronic problem with Jenn-Air ovens, and there is no adjustment. This problem should have been fixed at the factory. It would take an adjustment on my stove of only .010 inches. Your rep at customer service said she would send me via e mail darwings of the hinge. they never came. I had Jenn-Air range befor this one and a Jenn-Air compactor. You can be assured that this will be the last item I will buy with the Jenn-Air name.
