Utter disbelief is the only way to describe how i feel after this rewards card experience. Let me just start by saying I did not believe all the websites of customers venting about the promised rewards card that never came. It really did happen to me, I called on three different occasions and to my surprise was given three different lies/stories. Its hard to be mad at the customer service department because I understand that they are only doing what they are trained to do. I was promised a 50.00 rewards card it never came and I have given up, Sadly, as a single mom I depended on the card for gas to and from school. I resent them for what they can do and get away with it but will move on never to deal with them again. I will be cancelling services as soon as possible.
