I have been a customer of AAA for over 20 years.I purchased a battery 14 months ago. Today my battery went dead. Service man said that it needed a 9 hour deep charge- and they would NOT replace the battery as I was told when I bought it.The manager in Orlando agreed with the tech and said it was not a defective battery. No satisfaction sorry...I am cancelling my membership and would advise anyone thinking of AAA to find another provider.False advertising- was told my battery would be replaced unconditionally-NOT TRUE -BUYER BEWARE
