Original Comment Possibly, no not possibly . Definitely the worst customer service in the history of corporations from the beginning of time. I have had issues with CL for over a year and have emailed their so called "help" desk 11-12 times now and have NEVER received a reply. I finally tried phong their customer service line, where a message tells you they don't deal with customer service issues by phone, you must email. So apparently, since they don't respond to email either, this is a way to have no customer service dept period. The CL site is great when working properly, but otherwise plays host to thousands of scammers and criminals-----and cannot even reach out with the most minimal help to legitimate users when needed. The site should go on-------under entirely new mgmt. The founder and all current employees and financial backers belong in prison.
