Original Comment I was very disappointed in the service I received this time around with my glasses. Usually, I'm able to get my glasses same day, but the gal told me I had to wait 10 days in order to receive the 'special lenses' from the lab. I waited and waited until the time was up, after hearing that both of my coworkers who carry the same insurance had received the SAME lenses from other companies in under a week, as well as a coworker who had GONE TO lenscrafters and gotten the same lenses had received hers well under a week as well. I'm going on waiting three weeks now, and I still have not gotten my glasses. I've called in multiple times in store to see if they've come in, and the associates have been rude every single time. When I called in at the end of the TWO weeks, the gal told me that my frames that I HAD PICKED OFF OF THE FLOOR were on back order and gave me some stuff about how the lab 'needed to assemble' the entire pair themselves. I will not recommended Lenscrafters to anyone I know, and I won't be going there again. Next time I'll take my chances with Nationwide or Target, because they seem to be way more on the ball about getting these lenses in that lenscrafters does.
