Original Comment I have spent 2 years trying to reach Holly the store manager at Rolling Oaks Mall in San Antonio Tx. She returned my call but missed it. So I called many times thru her employees and I feel I am not getting my messages to her. Their are 2 employees that seem not to know what their doing or don't care. I have had my Oakley Buckets adjusted more that I wear them. I dont know if their defective or its the employees. They have made comments like If they adjust them they are not responsible for damage. 5 mins after they adjust them they are out of wack. Lens keep popping out and the frames are twisted as we observed done by the employees. <br /> <br /> As of this time I am up for my and my wifes glasses and will not be returning to Lenscrafters unless someone contacts me asap. We are not happy and being in sales we know what that means. A loss of my business and word of mouth as well.
