Original Comment Here is a copy of the email I sent corp. This place is a joke. I bought a $45.00 card and used your website to add it to my phone and it said it went through. But my phone never activated. Called the number to get the issue resolved. They told me that the number in my phone was giving to someone else and that my 45 dollar card was now giving to the owner of my number. They had NO WAY TO RETRACT the card amount and add it to my phone even know in your system it shows that i added it. (I also have the card and receipt)Then on top of it the lady and supervise suggested that I call the number of that person and ask if could get the 45.00 dollar card put on my account. What kind off multi-million dollar business has no way to cancel the entry and reapply the said amount and then ask the customer to call your other customer and ask if I could get it back. I either want a refund or the time put on my phone.
