Original Comment Sears you have horrible customer service! Your appliance manager laughed at me when I told him I just wanted a Kenmore washer and dryer and not a miss matched set and he did nothing to try to keep my business. Your toll free customer service center also did nothing to keep my business but made me feel as though I was not worth they're time. I will never be a Sears customer again and it is a shame that you are comfortable treating people like this. My money is just as good as the next person's!
