They do NOT, all you get are foreigners who speak such broken English that its impossible to understand them. On top of that they lie to you, so will call back later and they can get off the phone. I have never, ever been treated so badly by any company. They are a disgrace and should be prosecuted for pretending to be a service company. <br /> <br /> All I want to do is transfer minutes from one active Tracfone (1)to another, (2)this of course cannot be done because I want to keep the phone number of the #(2)phone as all my contacts, friends and relatives have that number. They say they can transfer the minutes, no problem, but I have to keep the phone number from #(1) (that I don't want) and its impossible to as the phone minutes belong to the #(1) phone. <br /> <br /> Worst of all, 6 days ago their c/s rep told me that my service time had to run out on phone #(1), before I could move the minutes to phone #(2. Lies, Lies, Lies, not one person that I have spoken with is reputable, aside from not understanding a simple request. Why should they give a schit which number I keep??????
