Original Comment I live in Waterbury, CT. When I had a dead battery, I call AAA. They sent Nick to replace my battery. I want to compliment this nice, young man.<br /> He was extremely efficient but he was also very willing to explain what he was doing.<br /> When you are driving a pre-2000 Buick, you fret a lot over having car trouble.<br /> I have AAA roadside assistance. My sister and I were college students in 1963 and owning a car for the first time.<br /> We joined AAA then and have been very satisfied most of the times we have called for service.<br /> Yesterday was a great experience and the battery is guaranteed for three years. Yippee!<br /> Nice job Nick,
