Original Comment i dropped my tracfon in water...after days of rice, and compressed air..nothing..I bought an upgraded tracfon, an android.... no phone for 3 days now... tried to go online to transfer the # and it wouldn't let me..i also wanted to transfer the 200 plus minutes i had.. on hold for an hour last nite, just to get a damn foreigner who told me to call today... I called today, and they can't help me..they said i have NO minutes on the old phone.(hello I can't bring up the old phone..its waterlogged, but the service end date is 2017...so i know there are minutes..now they can't even transfer my old number..after being on with this stupid foreigner for almost an hour.she has to put a workorder in to remove the error thats stopping me from transferring my old number! she just transferred me to her supervisor..and i'm sitting another 15 minutes...still with no phone for another day ....
