Very disappointed in the quality of leather sectional we got 3 yrs ago. When Ashley confronted, they admitted having several complaints about it and had a service guy come look at it- he needed to order 3 new seats, so they ordered & then I got a call saying they can't get parts b/c it was discontinued b/c of all the problems they had - so offered 1169 towards "re-select" in their store but I could not replace what I had with this amount & would have to invest $ 1000+ to get close. Why would I want to invest more $ into cheaply made furniture ? So I opted to go through my extra warranty and they ordered parts & I received them a couple weeks later. So why were they able to get parts but Ashley couldn't to make good on their word? Manager said part weren't cost effective for them that's why they couldn't fix and now, since I went through warranty, they say they can't do any repairs now - the extended warranty only covers accidents and not leather wear - so you can imagine my frustration when I spoke to a manager at Ashley & she pretty much informed me I was just SOL (out of luck) I learned a a costly lesson -DO NOT buy from Ashley & think you are getting quality furniture, and forget about any kind of customer service !
