Original Comment Worst customer service ever!!!!! I ordered refills of 7 maintenance drugs on November 25th, 2014. I am still waiting to receive them! The most recent automated message I received said I might receive them on Dec.24th--but previous messages have promised all kinds of other dates and times!! I have spoken to innumerable representatives and I have received at least 8 automated messages telling me of delays. These are typical medications--nothing unusual. I have heard every possible excuse. Every conversation with a representative begins and ends with a statement about caring about excellent customer care. I would love it if they just cared a little bit--but they don't seem to care at all!
