Original Comment please help me..as i added 400 min for one year and asked the guy to super size it for 400 more min for 25:00.he said lets get your information first then on the end I'll put the super size of 400 min on.i also asked what 365 days mean for 49:99 again he could not tell me.I ended up with 400 min period,i tried to get him to add the super size 400 min and he said i had to buy another 400 min plan then he would add the super size package.i called and asked for the supervisor and he hung up,recalled and got no place,so i asked for your e-mail in hopes of getting this straighten out,i'm a cancer person with very little income and use my trackphone all the time,in the hospital the phone is my connection to the grandchildren and family.I can not afford another hundred dollars so i can super size.i am truly sorry for writing this letter but the min and the price is very inportant to me.please help me.
