I ordered 2 Westin Heavenly Beds from Heidi in California....One King, One Queen...<br /> I was told by Heidi I would be notified by Nordtrom a delivery date by email ....and a telephone call by the delivery co the day before then an hour before...I received NEITHER...I rec. a call 10 mins. before delivery....<br /> As I was walking out the door to do surgery...this horrid Spirit Del. Co. showed up &amp; my mattresses were defective &amp; dirty only wrapped with ONE piece of plastic that was ripped on each piece ...they tried to tell me I had to keep them &amp; I said NO..you will return to sender...<br /> I called Heidi, not angry or upset, just let's get it right this time, to reorder and she reassured me an email to let me know a delivery date, again, and reassured me a phone call, which NEITHER I received...AGAIN! <br /> Dr. Clarke &amp; I are walking out the door to surgery &amp; the deliver co. shows up with mattresses stating they called our office number which I told Heidi DO NOT USE..and gave her my home number &amp; cell telling her I would be off of work &amp; home for the holidays..except for emerg. which this was but if I know ahead of time Dr. C can go ahead &amp; I can follow....<br /> HEIDI gave the delivery co. the WRONG NUMBER to contact me, which even if they called it tells you to call our cell and it's ME on the tape.<br /> They refused to call the number &amp; just came without calling it. Dr. C was furious as I was because of their rude, disrespectful, smart mouths as I told them I would not be insulted by young men twice younger than me &amp; for them to stop &amp; get this done....<br /> Unfortunately, they kept their smart rude mouth motoring &amp; Dr. Clarke said ENOUGH...LEAVE NOW..WE WILL NOT BE BADGERED BY YOU !!!!<br /> I call HEIDI telling her if she would have made sure I was EMAILED &amp; CALLED AS PROMISED, AGAIN, We would not have had problems as such &amp; would have our mattresses...NOW...I HAVE NO NEW MATTRESSES !!!!! And..<br /> HEIDI didn't GIVE A FLIP !! She just said we'll refund your money &amp; adios!<br /> We've been a customer of Nordstrom's for 30 yrs....I have a long standing Norstrom Visa, We purchase our Weston Heavenly beds from Nordstrom since they first came out..so I've purchased from Norstrom<br /> 5 Westin Heavenly Beds from Nordstrom since the onset of them...<br /> NOW I DO NOT GET MY BEDS BECAUSE OF HEIDI AND THE SPIRIT DELIVERY SERVICE ???????????????? O M G !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br /> I am extremely upset AND angry....<br /> Now, my husband, Dr. Clarke, says NO MORE from Nordstrom...No more beds...he says THE FOLLOWING:<br /> -----if ya'll can't:<br /> --- DELIVER AS PROMISED...<br /> --- DOUBLE WRAPPED PLASTIC ON MATTRESSED<br /> --- NOT DAMAGED, DIRTY, TORN MATTRESSES<br /> --- INFORMATIVE COMMUNICATION AS PROMISED BY EMAIL &amp; PHONE<br /> ---A GOOD DELIVERY SERVICE CALLING US AS PROMISED THE DAY/NITE BEFORE &amp; AN HOUR BEFORE <br /> ---SERVICE YOUNG MEN NOT RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, SMART MOUTHED<br /> ---DELIVERY CO. SUPERVISOR, JASON, DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, YELLING AT ME...OVER TALKING ME ABOUT MY OWN MESSAGE I MADE..15 YRS AGO..<br /> ---HEIDI NOT CARING SHE DIDN'T HONOR HER WORD &amp; MAKING SURE <br /> OUR DELIVERY WAS A SUCCESS...<br /> ---IF HEIDI PAID ATTENTION TO DETAILS SHE WOULD NOT HAVE MADE<br /> THE ERROR AS I DID SPEAK TO HER AT LEAST 3 TIMES MAKING SURE<br /> SHE KNEW THE CORRECT NUMBERS, ETC. &amp; SHE REASSURED ME<br /> I WOULD BE EMAILED BY NORDSTROM THE MATTRESSES WERE ON <br /> THEIR WAY, A DELIVERY DATE AND THE DELIVERY COMPANY WOULD <br /> CALL ME THE DAY/NITE BEFORE AND AN HOUR BEFORE...<br /> NONE OF THAT HAPPENED !!!!! TWO-2-, TIMES, IT DID NOT HAPPEN<br /> BY NORDSTROM !!!! NEITHER TIME WAS I EMAILED BY NORDSTROM...<br /> &amp; HEIDI GAVE THE WRONG NUMBER TO THE DELIVERY CO. CAUSING<br /> CHAOS THE 2ND TIME...<br /> Dr. Clarke &amp; I are very upset by this experience &amp; puzzled WHY Nordstrom would do this &amp; why they use an INCOMPETENT delivery co....just look on line at the BAD reviews just out of Houston area for Spirit much less the other areas in the country....they are horrible reviews....<br /> Also, I am SHOCKED &amp; DISMAYED by Heidi's lack of concern or care<br /> over her mistakes and wanting to work with me as I had with her<br /> before over the damaged beds &amp; YES...it did put my family out at Christmas with NO BED in a guest room but I told Heidi not to worry then<br /> this is the attitude I receive now....<br /> Her LACK of trying to work with me was WRONG....<br /> It shows she is not a polished sales associate &amp; making sure order information is correct then making sure it's delivered to us correctly..<br /> then just &quot;Oh, we'll just refund you &amp; be on your way&quot; attitude which <br /> Dr. Clarke &amp; I are SHOCKED &amp; APPALLED NORDSTROM DOES NOT CARE<br /> WHETHER WE ARE SATISFIED CUSTOMERS OR CUSTOMERS AT ALL ANYMORE !!! <br /> People who have successful businesses, like us, who spend a LOT of money at Nordstrom all the time would WANT to KEEP us as top notch<br /> customers but...I'm getting the notion...YOU DO NOT ???????<br /> <br /> Lawrence R.
