Original Comment The rebate offer is a joke. They look for any excuse to not give you your rebate. Its a good thing that i am a paralegal and more than enough legal knowledge to bring suit against them. They make you stay on hold for over an hour and when you ask to speak to a manager there goes another hour.I have been a cricket customer for years and their customer service is horrible probably because their employees can barely speak and understand english and I see this company going down sooner than later. I have switched providers and i have taken 63 cricket customers that i know with me and is currently in the process of taking more.
