I filled out my customer survey after a recent visit to BMW.<br /> Today I received a call from my service advisor wanting to know why I rated him as I did. Wow! Awkward! I assumed my survey would be confidential. It was not a bad report just rated him as average and he made it into a thing.<br /> I will feel uncomfortable now going in. I will also reconsider filling out survey in future.
