Original Comment We called the Bishop, Ca Days Inn directly to book a room for one night. When we got there the place was filthy. The breakfast area was directly across from the check in desk. Very small, two small tables for a total of 4 people. The entry way was filthy, very grungy feeling. The big dumpster was across from the entry way. The parking lot was junky with kids toys and bikes under the staircase. The room was filthy, carpet dirty and grungy walls. Bathroom was not clean. We declined to stay there, and still insisted we pay $45. Not happy, will never stay at a Day's Inn again. I had stayed at some very nice ones, but if this is a franchise I would question who chooses and approves of your buyers. I read some of the other complaints and it seems to be a pretty high amount.
