Original Comment my husband has alzheimers disease so i am his care giver and order his prescriptions. i have nothing but trouble every time. this time is the worse he has been out of medication going into his second week. i have called and talked to people at express , supervisors and managers last week alone i was on the phone either talking or on hold with them for 28 hours 7 days straight, he's still out of meds. all i get from everyone is it was mailed on the 12th it will be there and when i tell them he's out and has been out no one cares its like we are nothing but dog poop on the bottom of there shoe and all they want is to scrap me off and get off the phone. but i won't, what you are doing is against the law and i will follow through on this, not a threat just the facts !!! it is abominable what you are doing . they received all new scripts for the new year via fax on jan 2nd an its jan 19th and one is in never never land one came on sat ( he was out of that for over a week also ) all the rest came in the usual 7 days and here we are 18 days out and nothing, and no one will assist me even though i have talked to at the least 30 different people at express. the corp office must know about this if they even care but i have no idea if they do since every one i spoke to didn't care .
