I have been a customer of Time Warner cable for many years and lately the service has been terrible. Horrible! If the first representative does not know the answer, I get transferred again. The level of customer service is NOT great. They are not listening to customer concerns. If they are listening, the issues are not being corrected. I submitted a payment since Jan 15, 2015 and it has yet to be processed. In the meantime, I get constant emails, and phonecalls that my account is over due! I also went as far as walking into our local office and explaining what is happening, the gentleman tried to help me with my issue, but still nothing was resolved. I have already cut off the cable service couple months ago, because of the rates and terrible service, only keeping the internet. I am finding out quickly I should of cut it ALL off. <br /> #lookingfornewservice
