Original Comment i've been trying to find the cat's eye frames everywhere i understand that you can't order them online but when i called your customer service number and asked theycould help me find them at one of their stores they did tell me which stores had the ones i liked but they kept telling me which stores have them. 2 days ago your lenscrafters store in fort gratiot michigan had them. but when i called them today at that store i was told that the person i had spoken to didn't exist today I was told that i would hear from the store that had them that they would ship them to your twelve oaks mall store. That never happened. Now I was told they had them at your traverse city store. I spoke to someone at the twelve oaks store and they said that they would call those stores later because they were busy which is fine because that store can get busy. what is wrong with your company don't you want your stores to have good reviews? all I know is that something isn't right.
