I have been a AAA customer since 1979.<br /> I recently decieded to up upgrade my road tow insurance so that my motorcycle would be covered.<br /> I had to call back 5 times, and each time I got diffrent ansewers to the same questions.I finaly got the upgrade done. After waiting for three weeks to get my new card, it<br /> fianly came in the mail. But all they did was send me a copy of the card that I already had.<br /> So I called again and the guy told me that I would not get a new card until my existing policy expired,<br /> even though they had already taken my payment and the last guy told me that it would be effective immediately.<br /> THESE PEOPLE HAVE NOT GOT A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING.<br /> MAYBE CORPORATE HIRES MINIMUM WAGE EMPLOYEES AND GIVES THEM NO TRAINNING.
