I WANT MY MONEY 287.00 DEPOSIT FROM CUTE RATE RENTAL BACK IN MY ACCOUNT, NOW !!!!!!!<br /> I'm so angry I'm reporting your company to everyone.<br /> <br /> Every 28 days I rent a car. They charge a deposit and it stays in a pending status. I have to call netspend. and fight you to get my deposit credit back in m account, after 3 business days. Netspend said in the past credit after 3 days.<br /> <br /> I get many rep giving me different answer. It is awful. I've been told, it doesn't credit automaticly. Some say it does. I've been told, you can transfer to manager. Then I'm told you can't. When they do put me on hold for a manager They make me wait over an hour. They tell me no they can't credit and some say they can credit it back, and they have. Some say the merchant have to release. I tell them the merchant told me netspend has to credit the deposit. This is the merchant at cute rate rental. Mr. Steve always keep it in a pending status. Netspend have told they can only credit after 3 business day. So today, they are tell me 30 days. I don't think so. They alway try to put it on the merchant so they can get me off the phone. or make me wait along in hopes I hang up.<br /> <br /> They have been putting me through this for several months. They always end up just credit it back to my account over the phone. not waiting<br /> <br /> I want my money.<br /> <br /> Today when I call netspend, you have to enter credit/SSN and pin. I did that it was approved to move forward. I got to the dispute department. Explain, what needed done. This guy lied and said it take 30 days. I said no that has never happen. Then he said the merchant has to release it. I said no Cut Rate never post just keep it in pending status, so netspend can credit it back to my account.<br /> <br /> I demanded a manager. They had me holding over a hour. THEY ALL ways do that. When I got a manager, she would not help because to told me I had to go back in the Q and enter the credit number and SS and pin. When I did that over an hour ago. The system will not let you go through the prompt until you enter the personal info. Thats what I did on the initial call.<br /> <br /> I could not believe this Christine ( So call supervisor, was making me go back in the Q and wait another hour. Plus she would not very my info over the phone. So I'm waiting another hour. usually when I can get a manager they credit it back to my account after I talk to several people and have waited over 2 hours.<br /> <br /> I going to sue, and report you for illegally hold my money from me, Prevent me from getting food, rent etc.<br /> Angela Hartelt
